Los asambleístas de oposición Edwin Rodríguez y Rafael Quispe llamaron a sus bases sociales en los nueve departamentos a organizarse para llenar de indígenas las plazas y calles, reclamando el respeto a la soberanía, defensa del voto y la recuperación de la democracia.
Informaron que en la ciudad de Cochabamba se aprobó una “Agenda de Cochabamba” análoga a la de octubre de 2003, con cuatro elementos fundamentales: a) la abrogación total del Código del Sistema Penal boliviano, defensa inclaudicable y recuperación de la democracia y el Estado de Derecho en nuestro país.
Revisión del Pacto Fiscal; deuda externa, autonomías y finalmente la defensa del medio ambiente de la tierra y del territorio. Rodríguez dijo que esta agenda le proponen al país para una acción conjunta.
Por su lado, el diputado Quispe explicó que la articulación es indígena-originario-campesino, clase media y todos los sectores sociales que existen en el país, en una coincidencia de todos los opositores al Gobierno de Evo Morales.
Quispe dijo que para los disidentes la figura está clara: para ellos Evo Morales no es candidato el 2019 y la lucha central es recuperar la democracia, por tanto, la primera misión es restituir el Estado de Derecho.
