El diputado José Carlos Gutiérrez este jueves planteó ante el Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE) una solicitud de inhabilitación del binomio del MAS y la anulación de su personería jurídica por publicar encuestas en aplicación de la Ley de Régimen Electoral y del reglamento de Elecciones Primarias.
El legislador asemejó el caso cuando el TSE anuló la personería jurídica y dejó fuera de carrera electoral a Ernesto Suárez y a 228 candidatos en el departamento de Beni, cuando divulgó unas encuestas durante las elecciones subnacionales de 2015.
“Hemos presentado una solicitud y una demanda para la inhabilitación y la cancelación inmediata de la personería jurídica del MAS, porque están vulnerando la Ley del Régimen Electoral y el reglamento de Elecciones Primarias sobre difusión de encuestas”.
El legislador precisó que el MAS al comprar un espacio solicitado en tres medios de comunicación escritos vulneró el artículo 136 de la Ley del Régimen Electoral, asimismo los artículos 82, 86, 87 y 88 del reglamento de las Elecciones Primarias.
