TSE, cerca a concluir el escrutinio y tribunales ya están conformados
La presidenta de la institución, Katia Uriona destacó la participación de la ciudadanía en las judiciales.
El Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE) está a muy poco de concluir el conteo de votos a escala nacional de las elecciones judiciales que se desarrollaron el domingo 3 de diciembre. Con el escrutinio al 99,7 por ciento de los votos, el cómputo da cuenta que los votos válidos llegaron el 35,05 por ciento, los blancos el 13,63 por ciento, y los nulos al 51,33 por ciento.
El 99,71 % de las actas verificadas detallan que Gregorio Aro llegó, al 22,46 %; Rufo Vásquez, al 9,67 %; Elva Terceros, al 9,15 %; Juan García, al 7,26 %; y Ángela Sánchez, llegó al 7,31 % siendo ellos los nuevos magistrados del Tribunal Agroambiental (TA). Para el Consejo de la Magistratura (CM), fueron elegidos Dolka Gómez, con 13,23 %; Gonzalo Alcón, con 13,05; y Omar Michel Durán, con el 11,38 %.
El Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) estará compuesto por: José Revilla (Chuquisaca), 36,79%; Juan Berrios (La Paz), 32,15 %; Esteban Miranda (Cochabamba), 34,94 %; Marco Jaimes (Oruro), 38,9 %; Edwin Aguayo (Potosí), 43,41%; María Díaz (Tarija), 37,83 %; Olvis Eguez (Santa Cruz), 29,79 %; Mariana Montenegro (Beni), 34,19 %; y Ricardo Torres (Pando), 47,35 %.
Y los máximos jueces del Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional (TCP), serán los siguientes: Orlando Ceballos (Chuquisaca), 34,28 %; Brigida Vargas (La Paz), 27,14 %; Karem Gallardo (Cochabamba), 38,31 %; Georgina Amusquivar (Oruro), 38,04 %; Petronilo Flores (Potosí), 33,95 %; Julia Cornejo (Tarija), 32,42 %; Carlos Calderón (Santa Cruz), 36,55 %; Gonzalo Hurtado (Beni), 48,18 %; y Rene Espada (Pando), 38,79.
Denuncian actas alteradas en Beni
En Beni surgieron alarmas por un presunto fraude electoral. La candidata al TSJ, Mariana Montenegro, denunció que cinco actas de registro de votación fueron alteradas con tachaduras y añadiduras para “inflar” la votación para otro postulante.
Hasta el momento, cuando solo faltan esas cinco actas para computar, Montenegro lleva la delantera con 23.814 votos contra 23.528 de su contrincante Carlos Alberto Eguez, es decir, diferencia de 286 votos.
Según Montenegro, las actas alteradas favorecen al otro candidato y sus cifras son suficientes para cambiar al vencedor.
En las actas presuntamente fraudulentas, difundidas por la misma candidata, se puede observar que se tacharon los votos a su favor y los votos nulos y blancos. Asimismo, en esas actas se escribió en observaciones que los votos de Montenegro son para Eguez.
El Tribunal Electoral Departamental (TED) de Beni decidió declarar el conteo en cuarto intermedio hasta mañana, mientras se solicitan informes a los notarios y jueces electorales encargados de las mesas observadas.
