Con las nuevas polémicas en relación a una supuesta ayuda a algunos de los postulantes a las elecciones judiciales, el presidente del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) }, Marco Jaimes, exigió una investigación para esclarecer los hechos.
“Lo que nosotros esperamos es que se efectúen las investigaciones correspondientes para establecer si esas denuncias son evidentemente ciertas y tomar las acciones que correspondan”, dijo el magistrado la noche del miércoles.

‘Chanchullo’
La principal apuntada es la senadora evista Patricia Arce, miembro de la Comisión Mixta de Constitución, quien fue grabada en pleno proceso de evaluación a un postulante al Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional (TCP) realizando con su bolígrafo, presuntamente, el movimiento de una “c” para indicar la respuesta correcta al candidato.
La legisladora calificó de absurdas estas acusaciones; afirmó no ser “tan tonta” para ayudar a un postulante cuando sabe que todo el proceso está siendo grabado. Sin embargo, la opinión pública y el arcismo pusieron en entredicho la transparencia de las evaluaciones.
“Es importante que exista confianza y también transparencia; si se establecen finalmente irregularidades, pues también se tomen las medidas que correspondan por parte del Órgano Legislativo”, advirtió el presidente del TSJ.
Además, la tarde del miércoles comenzó a viralizarse en redes sociales otro video de la senadora Arce con una actitud inusual. En éste, la legisladora parece querer señalar con los dedos el número tres a un postulante, ahora al TSJ.
Proceso
“Auguramos que ese proceso se desarrolle y concluya en la manera que está previsto”, afirmó Jaimes.
Sin embargo, el ala arcista ya manifestó su intención de anular toda la fase de evaluación, con el argumento de que no se sabe cuántos ‘chanchullos’ hubo en el proceso. En tanto, el ala evista considera que se trata de un nuevo intento por retrasar, y finalmente impedir, las elecciones judiciales.
